I told my salesman about this episode (Tim whose professional caused me to buy the Arcadia Denali). The manager knows who this CLOWN is. My spouse & I came back 3 days later and bought this SUV. Crystal Santana and Xitlali Lopez invested so much time and care to answer all of my questions via email-because I simply can’t use the phone having a daughter with autism who normally shouts in the background. I was able to conduct all business via email throughout the morning enough to wear when I arrived. I already knew everything I needed to know. Dell greeted me at the front and got the car ready. I went for a ride and I already knew I was going to buy it. He was able to answer all of my questions provide me with all of the information, he took his time, he was patient with my child and he understood my needs. I have been looking for a car for over a month and they’re the first to have even really given me the time of day. If you are trying to buy a car from the dealership online, forget it! The sales people are rude and do not get back to you. I asked for a manager to call me and they just blew me off. What a horrible experience.

Daniel was great and loved that he was able to connect and speak Spanish with my family. The manager I signed with was a little pushy on getting extended warranty and seemed upset of the polite decline. Other than that everything was great.
