Dan made my first NEW car buying experience in over 20 years a pleasant one. It's so overwhelming with all the new gadgets and gizmos. He's very chill, he tries to get you as many rebates as he can. Great experience. Until it came to finance department. Finance manger was very nice. But took two hours to get to the finance department, which only took 5 minutes to sign the paperwork. Seemed like a very busy dealership, would suggest additional financing employee to speed up the process.

There was a rude young male employee who bumped me hard
There was a rude young male employee who bumped me hard as we entered the same part of the dealership at about the same time. I was so offended that he did this. I told my salesman about this episode (Tim whose professional caused me to buy the Arcadia Denali). The manager knows who this CLOWN is. My spouse & I came back 3 days later and bought this SUV. Employees like this will cause Woody Buick Dealership to lose business.

I was able to conduct all business via email throughout the morning enough to wear when I arrived. I already knew everything I needed to know. Dell greeted me at the front and got the car ready.
