Crystal Santana and Xitlali Lopez invested so much time and care to answer all of my questions via email-because I simply can’t use the phone having a daughter with autism who normally shouts in the background. I was able to conduct all business via email throughout the morning enough to wear when I arrived. I already knew everything I needed to know. Dell greeted me at the front and got the car ready. I went for a ride and I already knew I was going to buy it. He was able to answer all of my questions provide me with all of the information, he took his time, he was patient with my child and he understood my needs. I have been looking for a car for over a month and they’re the first to have even really given me the time of day. If you are trying to buy a car from the dealership online, forget it! The sales people are rude and do not get back to you. I asked for a manager to call me and they just blew me off. What a horrible experience.

No gimmicks or nonsense. Friendly and what we discussed and agreed to actually happened. No last minute changes to pricing or extra fees.
