Great experience. Until it came to finance department. Finance manger was very nice. But took two hours to get to the finance department, which only took 5 minutes to sign the paperwork. Seemed like a very busy dealership, would suggest additional financing employee to speed up the process.

There was a rude young male employee who bumped me hard
There was a rude young male employee who bumped me hard as we entered the same part of the dealership at about the same time. I was so offended that he did this. I told my salesman about this episode (Tim whose professional caused me to buy the Arcadia Denali). The manager knows who this CLOWN is. My spouse & I came back 3 days later and bought this SUV. Employees like this will cause Woody Buick Dealership to lose business.
