I told my salesman about this episode (Tim whose professional caused me to buy the Arcadia Denali). The manager knows who this CLOWN is. My spouse & I came back 3 days later and bought this SUV. Daniel was great and loved that he was able to connect and speak Spanish with my family. The manager I signed with was a little pushy on getting extended warranty and seemed upset of the polite decline. Other than that everything was great.
