My partner and I arrived at the dealership in search of a 2024 Buick Envision we’d seen online, after test driving it we realized that it didn’t have the heated seats & steering we were looking for. With a specific budget and laundry list of “I wish we could have”s, we thought we were out of luck. Wil, however, spent the next 4 hours showing us different options that could be a good fit within our budget, working on pricing, and finding creative funding options. Ultimately, we stretched our budget just a bit but walked away super happy with new 2025 Envision ST model that had all the bells and whistles we were looking for! Wil did a fantastic job listening to us, problem solving, transparently explaining pricing. The dealership overall is great too! Their pricing online is clear and transparent. We’d looked at quite a lot of other dealerships that advertised a lower price online but required you to qualify for a bunch of things before you could get that pricing. Almost always, we’d end up in store with a price at least 3k higher than online. Woody’s showed up one clear price that everyone qualifies for, and then showed us the additional discount/ rebates we could qualify for in store. As a first time brand new car buyer, I couldn’t recommend a dealership better than Woody’s!

Great experience working with Tim Eddy when my daughter purchased a used vehicle a couple of weeks ago. Some questions arose about the vehicle, and Tim contacted the service department right away to help solve the issue. He even took the car right over to the service department to fix the problem, while we waited in his office. 10 minutes later, problem solved! Highly recommend Tim.
