I purchased a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) 2026 Buick Encore GX Sports touring with 3,218 miles from Woody Buick that I saw on Trucar.. the car has everything that I wanted..it is practically brand new.. I got an extremely great price..I had been communicating with salesperson Will prior to taking a look at the vehicle and then I made arrangements to go see it…when I got there it was outside and ready for the test drive..Will was awesome and took time in guiding me through the whole purchase process. I hadn’t purchased a vehicle in 12 years… he explained the gadgets in the vehicle.. keyless entry, Apple car play, etc. as my old vehicle had none of these. Overall great experience, nice dealership and excellent customer service..

It went pretty smooth. Everybody was pretty transparent with pricing, charges, and additional products. I did not feel pressured and actually felt pretty comfortable during the whole process.
